Kohn Animal Hospital is seeking an associate veterinarian to add to our team! We are a fast growing currently single-doctor practice that opened our doors in January 2019. We are a DVM-owned non-corporate practice. The current owner is a 2015 graduate. Ideal candidate would be full-time but part time applicants are welcome also. 

Our ideal applicant is someone who is quick-witted, able to work well as a team, and ready to practice great medicine! Experienced and new graduates are both encouraged to apply and mentorship will be provided if desired. We encourage applicants with individual professional interests who may seek to bring new skills and services. Interest in exotics is not required but would be welcome.

We are located in the beautiful North Shore suburb of Northbrook, IL and we value our relationships with our clients and our local community. We also provide services for several local shelter organizations. 

Our practice utilizes EVet cloud-based software and has the expected equipment: digital radiographs, digital dental rads, in-house laboratory, Tonovet, doppler, ultrasound, fully stocked pharmacy, and more. We do not take after-house emergencies and have several referral institutions nearby for overnight care when needed. No on-call. Our hours can be flexible for the working parent.

Compensation includes  PTO, CE, dues, liability insurance, and salary of $110K. Salary for a new graduate would be negotiable.
