Hillsboro Animal Hospital seeks to add a part-time Associate Veterinarian (DVM)!

Hillsboro Animal Hospital is an AAHA accredited, full-service small animal veterinary hospital that provides comprehensive medical, surgical, dental and emergency care. Located in the Music City of Nashville, TN, Hillsboro has been open since 1968. Our hospital includes a large surgery suite, ultrasound, endoscopy, digital radiography, a critical care unit, oxygen cages, pharmacy and separate dog and cat rooms. We perform soft-tissue surgeries, laser surgeries, chemotherapy, and we have a mobile orthopedic specialist who performs orthopedic procedures. We also have a Class IV therapy laser for treating patients with arthritis, pain management and post-op recovery. We have ten veterinarians on staff and over 30 healthcare members, including licensed technicians, veterinary assistants, kennel staff, and receptionists. 

We’re looking to add a 12th doctor to our team. Since this position is part-time, we're looking for someone with 1+ years of experience. This position requires Tuesday and Saturday availability, and we can offer 15 - 25 hours per week.

Our team strives to stay progressive and practice excellent medicine in a friendly environment of companion animal care and client service! Our ideal candidate has an interest in dentistry and surgery, as well as a strong desire to work in a dynamic hospital offering an opportunity for growth while practicing progressive medicine. Our team of experienced veterinarians is happy to assist while supporting and encouraging our new associates’ independence.
