A Day In the Life
No two days are ever the same at THRIVE and our veterinarians see a variety of cases, from routine, essential care, to daily surgeries. Our care caseload provides the perfect combination of challenge and diversity, with medical care that includes diagnostics, dentistry, radiology and surgery.
Who You Are
- Seeking schedule flexibility, with willingness to abide by monthly shift average minimums per PT or FT scheduled role status
- Seeking a flat rate role that does not have a production component
- Willing to work scheduled shifts to model without any special patient scheduling accommodations
- Ability to schedule a 90-day forward facing schedule in collaboration with company leadership. With the understanding that production-based Doctors have first choice at scheduling.
- Ability to work independently as a solo practitioner during Locum Doctor shifts
- Ability to work well in multiple environments and with multiple skill levels of support staff
- Elevated levels of organization and communication
- Able to travel within a market independently. Mode of transportation provided by individual Doctor.
- Typical lifting and physical requirement verbiage
- 2 years plus experience as a doctor
- Surgical: qualifying skillset, with understanding that shift variation to perform surgery is upon approval of medical leadership
