- Flexible Scheduling: Enjoy every other weekend off, alternating between three- and four-day weekends. We’re closed on Sundays and holidays and do not take after-hours calls or emergencies. The average work week consists of 35 ½ hours. Take these long weekends to unwind, explore, relax with friends and family, or even drive to the Keys or Orlando without using PTO.
- Quality Client Interaction: 30-minute well-patient blocks, with 45-60 minutes for sick patient cases, so you’ll have time to connect with clients and ensure thoughtful, thorough care.
