Midway Animal Hospital established in 1982 is a small animal hospital on the west central coast of Florida.

Our practice continues to grow, and we are ready to support a new DVM in their areas of interest. You can work with a team who supports and encourages your passion.

While we provide all the general services provided at a small animal practice, we also focus on being progressive and incorporating more advanced services. We offer ultrasound, endoscopy, laser surgery, therapeutic laser, digital general and dental radiology. We have an in-house Idexx vetlab station and a brand new state-of-the-art, in-house CT.  We also routinely perform advanced soft tissue and orthopedic surgical procedures (fracture repair, TPLO).

Our AAHA Accredited hospital is a local favorite and consistently voted “Citrus County’s Best of the Best” Veterinarian and Neighborhood favorite on the Nextdoor platform. 

Our team creates a great workplace culture with a goal of treating each team member with respect and dignity.
